be it or这个结构，是否it这个地方只可以用代词？可以用名词么？譬如说：
Be Mary rich or poor, I willmarry her. 这个句子对么？
我看到有这么个句子：

be they rich orpoor or have a degree or not ——第二个 or 连接两个让步从句，等于：
whether they arerich or poor, or whether they have adegree or not
第二个让步状语从句，不是倒装结构。第一种状况的倒装仅限于 be 动词。
