I just cant believe this! I mean, with the holidays coming up… I wanted him to meet my family.
with tax season coming up：税收季节就要到了
with the holidays coming up：假期马上就到了
以上两个都是“with 复合结构”。构成： with + 宾语 + 目前分词。宾语是目前分词的逻辑主语。
该结构的主要语法用途，是作“状语”。第一句是“缘由状语”（大家必须要在税务办公室里找人帮忙，由于税务季就要到了。）
第二句也是状语，具体什么状语，要看完整的句子才可判断。
又如：
Mary felt very shy, with so many eyes looking at her. （表缘由）
