1. 托运行李
- 递给他们护照和机票，他们或许会问：

* 假如有人坐在你椅子上了，可以说： I'm sorry, I think you are in my seat.

3. 在欧洲转机
转机时，先看机票上航班号，从机场航班指示屏幕上找该航班在GATE登机，最后顺着机场标示走到这个GATE。但特殊状况是，屏幕上有转航班号，但后面的GATE是空的，可向机场员工确认下 hello, could you tell me which gate is for the flight XXX please， 一般他们都会回答这个飞机delay了，或者在maintain , 需要再等待一下。
4. 抵达欧洲，入关
微笑下，递给海关护照.盖章就叫你进来了，下面是逻辑上可能的规范对话：
海关：where did you fly from? 或者 where have you come from?

海关：what is the purpose of your visit?

海关：How long are you planning to stay?
